About the Owner

Hello and Thank you ~

I live in Bedford for 25 years now with my family; Ed, Amanda, Eddie, Ryan, Ashley, my granddaughter; Charlotte, and my Uncle Bob. My passion for entrepreneurial spirit and food service was to open and embrace new challenges inspired her to open Minuteman Diner. "Diane promises a dining experience that is friendly, inviting, clean, comfortable, with good service and quality local food."

Minuteman Diner is a place to come with family, friends, co-workers, tourists, or just by yourself to enjoy a friendly atmosphere. Come on by and have some good food and watch a game on our "85" television. We look forward to continuing to serve the community, surrounding towns, Hanscom Air Force Base, and all the local businesses to Minuteman Diner. The opening was a bit delayed but worth the wait. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Stop by Today

I am at the diner every day greeting customers, handling operations, food safety, pouring coffee, speaking with friends, family, and customers, and enjoying life at the diner. Minuteman Diner was open for 8 weeks before we were allowed takeout only and we are thankful for the community support, surrounding towns, Hanscom Air Force Base, Medical offices, and hospitals that made Minuteman Diner reach our one year in business.

A little bit about me before opening Minuteman Diner; I was in the Cleaning Business for 23 years; Cleaning by Diane, I also have 3 USPTO patented products that made people's lives easier in many ways.

Thank you for all your continued support.

A Word From Diane Cohen

"My vision was to develop a concept that was inviting, fun, clean, quality food with a great menu along with great service. What environment is more fun than families and friends eating together and creating memories right here in Bedford, Massachusetts"
